Besides our Private Tour, we currently offer 2 kinds of tour, No.1 Regular tour (Kabuki-za theatre) and No.5 Premium tour (The National theatre).

We provide you the background information you need to truly enjoy Kabuki. We offer our guests "About Kabuki" talk (including visual presentation) and ensure every moment at the theatre will be unforgetable.

In a pre-performance talk, we provide you with handouts with interesting information to maximize your enjoyment of Kabuki. This can include the play(s) synopsis, Kabuki basics and history, notes on the best bits to look out for in the show, background information about the actors, dining options and the snacks and souvenirs to look out for during intermissions.

【Kabuki-za Gallery tour】Not included

【Note】One-act show ticket cost is between 1,000 yen and 2,000 yen. All guests have to stand in line after the tour to purchase one-act show tickets. Approximately 90 seats and standing space for 60 people are located on the fourth floor. Tickets are for sitting space cannot be guaranteed, but no our guests has had to stand yet!

The Kabuki-za Gallery guided tour is available after the "About Kabuki" talk or after the show. Please contact us.

No.4 Kabuki-za Gallery tour

Kabuki-za Gallery is a small museum. Many props and costumes used for the shows are displayed and there are also short movies to watch. Taking photos and videos is permitted.

Kabuki-za Gallery tour is great for tourists with limited time. Kabuki performances tend to be between 4 and 5 hours and often queues for one-act show tickets are long, but with our tour you can get a great Kabuki experience without seeing a performance. So, even if you don't have time for a show or Kabuki is not performed on your requested dates, please come and join our "Kabuki-za Gallery guided tour"!
