No.1 Private tour (Kabuki-za theatre) and No2. One-act show tour (Kabuki-za theatre) are available. If you are interested in the tour for performances at the New National Theatre, please fee free to ask us!

We provide you the background information you need to truly enjoy Kabuki. We offer our guests "About Kabuki" talk (including visual presentation) and ensure every moment at the theatre will be unforgetable.

In a pre-performance talk, we provide you with handouts with interesting information to maximize your enjoyment of Kabuki. This can include the play(s) synopsis, Kabuki basics and history, notes on the best bits to look out for in the show, background information about the actors, dining options and the snacks and souvenirs to look out for during intermissions.

No.2 One-act show tour

【Ticket type】There are two types of one-act show reserved seat tickets. 1. Upgraded one-act show ticket: Seats are on the 2nd floor. 2. Regular one-act show ticket: Seats are on the 4th floor. Please note the regular one-act show ticket holders do not have access to the other floors.

【Application】Please send us your request with contact form. We will then reply with further information about your availability . The ticket sale starts from 12pm (noon) the day before the performance date. Therefore the tour will be confirmed after we have purchased your tickets. We would like to send you a confirmation email with your seat numbers the day before the tour date.

Performance time schedule will be announced in the evening one day prior to the first performance date every month. Therefore the meeting time might differ slightly from the expected time.
